1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies referenced herein:

• "Platform" means the uji4d website accessible at uji4d.vu, including all sub-pages, services, products, tools, and content made available through it.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account with uji4d or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which the Member accesses the Platform's products and services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any staking of real-money funds on a sporting event, casino game, numbers draw, or other outcome made through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, cashback, or other incentive offered by uji4d to Members subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency accepted by the Platform for deposits and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by uji4d in compliance with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to the Platform is prohibited, as determined by uji4d at its sole discretion and updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the uji4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. uji4d strictly enforces a 21+ policy across all products and services. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering an account, placing wagers, or accessing any real-money feature of the Platform.
• Residency: The Platform is operated primarily for members resident in Indonesia. You must be capable of lawfully accessing and using online gaming services under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of uji4d or any of its affiliated game providers, where such relationship could create a conflict of interest in the context of wagering.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Member account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You must promptly update your account information if any details change after registration. Failure to maintain accurate account details may result in delayed or declined withdrawals.
• uji4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or bank statement — to verify the information provided during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registration constitutes your express acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety and as amended from time to time.
• uji4d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was registered in breach of these terms.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your uji4d account and are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uji4d support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
• uji4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from uji4d that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• uji4d is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

uji4d accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and select cryptocurrency networks. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate funds freeze pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically confirmed within 1–5 minutes. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited instantly in most cases.
• uji4d does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which uji4d accepts no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. No maximum withdrawal limit applies to verified accounts in good standing, though uji4d reserves the right to stage large withdrawals across multiple processing cycles.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will be required to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• uji4d reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending a review of account activity for compliance, fraud, or responsible gaming purposes. You will be notified if your withdrawal is placed under review.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Clause 6 below. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in those funds being voided.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

uji4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion landing page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who are in good standing and whose accounts have not been flagged for suspicious activity. uji4d reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the terms of a specific promotion expressly permit this. Activating a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other Members — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and potential account closure.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.
• Promotional Amendments: uji4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets already placed in reliance on the original promotion terms.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering conducted through the uji4d Platform — including sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, Dragon Tiger, and scratch card games — is governed by the specific product rules published within each product section, read together with these General Terms. The following principles apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. uji4d does not accept bet cancellation requests except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or postponed in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules.
• uji4d uses independently audited random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual and slot-based games. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes under the supervision of licensed studios including Evolution Gaming.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and may vary by market, event, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• uji4d reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of an obvious pricing error. Members who knowingly exploit pricing errors may face account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of uji4d's trading and settlements team is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process set out in our support documentation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uji4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, pool bonuses, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to transact funds derived from criminal activity. uji4d cooperates fully with international anti-money-laundering frameworks and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, through the use of VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the deposited funds. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account closure and recovery of all associated winnings.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the uji4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, data feeds, and any other material — is the exclusive property of uji4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of uji4d.

10 Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the uji4d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• uji4d collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• Your data is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Requests should be directed to [email protected].

11 Responsible Gaming

uji4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to all Members, accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Apply an immediate temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect within seconds of the request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable on-screen prompts that display your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals.

12 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uji4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, including scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers.
• Any technical malfunction, network failure, or data transmission error that affects the placement, recording, or settlement of a wager.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, uji4d's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

13 Termination

uji4d reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• uji4d is required to do so by a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• You have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account policy).

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided your account has passed all relevant KYC and AML checks.

14 Governing Law

uji4d operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uji4d holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

15 Amendments

uji4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version number and effective date at the top of this page identify the current version of these Terms & Conditions. Previous versions are available on request by contacting our support team.
